Self-Introspection Explanation

Nate Natesan got an inspiration to bring the essence of spirituality and keeping it succinct and simple. Looking inward led to confession and identifying reasons for uneasiness in the mind or lack of peace even when we enjoy material comfort. Desires, lust, relationship, love and attractions lead to expectations which when not managed lead to frustrations, jealousy and anger. We have a right only to put up our best effort, not for the rewards. Expectations can lead to disappointments. Relationship has to be managed well love has to be unconditional and not possessed.
